Forgiveness equals Freedom. Unforgiveness equals bondage. The act of forgiving is one of the toughest challenges we face in the physical and yet is crucial to our health and quality of life, holding us back from the joy and richness that is our full potential.
Carolyne Cathey, Student Practitioner, Mendocino Center for Spiritual Living, shares in a talk and open discussion how to release ourselves from the shackles of unforgiveness and how to go even further, to gratitude, for the gift within.
